Sr. Flex Developer

Seeking a Senior Flex developer for a 3 month contract (corp-to-corp) with extensive experience in Adobe Air/ActionScript who can work independently and deliver a high quality product in a fast paced, Agile based turnkey Android project.

Must have:

Adobe 4.6 knowledge is a must.
Excellent knowledge of ActionScript, Spark components and OOP
Experience developing and deploying Flex applications for Tablets running Android OS using Adobe Air runtime
Extensive experience using Adobe Flash Builder IDE plugin in Eclipse
Knowledge of Flex features such as state management, UI scaling, Vectors, bitmap caching and general best practices for creating light weight/fast applications
Experience consuming RESTful and SOAP based web services Flex applications.
Experience with Agile development methodology
Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and have the ability to work independently

Nice to have:

Experience using cloud messaging service provided by Google (C2DM) for Android in a Flex application.
Knowledge of Adobe CQ5 product
Experience using Air Native Extensions
Knowledge of Drupal

Healthcare experience is a plus.

Sr. Flex Developer

Seeking a Senior Flex developer for a 6 week contract (corp-to-corp) Opening for a Flex developer who is an independent worker, is able to pull out more detailed requirements from the basic requirements they are given and develop high level solutions.

Work will be primarily remote

Desired candidate will have the following characteristics

Worked in large team environments
Be experienced in Agile or Scrum
Created desktop applications on an enterprise scale
Developed utilizing standard Flex frameworks
Utilized refactoring and Unit testing and other XP engineering practices as part of development
Excellent communication skills
The ability to get things done independently with individual accountability
Utilized test driven development technique

Preferred candidates will have

Software Engineer/Object Oriented background and BA in Computer Science
